Salt and slush in the winter. Mud and gravel in the spring. Bare concrete stains, stays dusty, and starts breaking down at the surface. On the outside, settling slabs create the same headaches every time: a driveway lip at the garage, uneven sidewalks, or steps that are dropping and pulling away.
Poly Guys handles both of these problems. We install 1-day polyaspartic floor coatings that seal the slab and clean up easily, and we lift and level sunken concrete with polyurethane foam when lifting is the right fit. Nick and Dan are hands-on owners. You talk to the people doing the work, and we stand behind it.

We serve homeowners and commercial spaces across Wayne County, including:
If you’re not sure if you’re in our range, reach out, and we’ll tell you straight.

Our polyaspartic system is designed for garages and workspaces that take abuse. In plain English, it cures fast, bonds tightly to properly prepared concrete, and creates a non-porous surface. That means oil, salt, and spills stay on top instead of soaking in. It also stays UV stable, so it holds its color instead of yellowing.

When a slab settles, the goal is to restore a smooth, safe surface and keep it from getting worse. Polyurethane foam lifting is a clean, controlled way to raise and stabilize concrete with minimal disruption. The holes are small, the lift is precise, and it cures fast.

How long does a garage floor coating take?
Most garages are completed in one day. The system is built to cure quickly so you are not stuck waiting days to use the space.
Will road salt and slush damage the finish?
The coating is designed to resist salt and chemicals. The big difference is the non-porous surface, so grime does not soak into the slab.
Can you coat a garage if the concrete is older or “chalky”?
Yes, as long as the slab is structurally sound. We grind to remove weak spots to create a bondable surface, then repair before we coat.
Will hot tires peel it up?
A properly prepared polyaspartic system is built to handle hot tires, so it shouldn’t cause any issues. If you do find any problems, reach back out to us ASAP so we can get it right.
Will lifting crack my concrete?
Foam lifting is controlled and designed to raise slabs gradually. Existing cracks may still be visible, but the goal is a safer, more even surface.
How soon can I park in the garage after coating?
Most floors are walk-ready the same day, and full cure is typically about 24 hours. We’ll give you the exact timing based on conditions and your garage setup.
