How Polyurethane Concrete Lifting Works

1. Precision Foam Injection
Small injection holes are drilled through the concrete and high-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab. As the foam expands, it fills underlying voids and begins lifting the concrete with controlled precision.

2. Controlled Lifting & Stabilization
We carefully monitor slab movement throughout the lifting process to restore alignment and eliminate trip hazards. The expanding foam also helps stabilize the underlying soil by filling empty spaces that contribute to settlement.

3. Patch & Return To Service
Once the slab is properly leveled, the injection points are patched and the work area is cleaned. Because polyurethane foam cures quickly, commercial surfaces can often return to service much faster than with traditional replacement methods.
